The Ministry of Health recently instructed Kenyans to put on masks in public places or when commuting to keep Coronavirus at bay.

A good number of Kenyans have heeded to the call and masks are now available in most parts of the country.

Several companies are also producing the masks in bulk and different designs are available in the market.

However, some people are still not wearing masks while others opt to put them on their chin.

Many claim that they feel somewhat uncomfortable with the masks and it is ironical that some remove them when they want to speak.

Others leave the straps hanging while others cover the mouth and leave out the nose.

On Tuesday, the Ministry of Health issued a simple guide on how the face masks should be worn and the do’s and don’ts have been highlighted below.

The number of cases of Coronavirus in the country stands at 281 and Health CS Mutahi Kagwe has warned that almost every estate in Nairobi has recorded a case, asking residents to be extra vigilant and remain thorough in observing the measures that have been issued.
