A person can transform his/her country by agreeing to work at an individual capacity, working in a group, working as a community, and then working as part of the larger Kenyan society. From the individual effort to group energy; to a community effort, and then to the larger society.

· The policy can only work if;

o The individuals stop dropping waste anywhere

o The office, school, church, music group agree to collect waste in one place

o And when the groups agree to protect the environment, then the village or estate must embrace the policy, as well

o When the communities agree to comply with the government policy, then the larger Kenyan society will have a clean environment

· For a country to make progress, the individuals must be working, the teams are functioning, and the communities are also working properly.
