Kenyans in Juba fault recall of consulate

Kenyans in Juba have criticised the Government over the recall of Kenya's consulate, Joseph Kiplagat. Speaking to The Standard yesterday under their umbrella body, New Vision Kenya, the Kenyans said it was wrong to recall the ambassador a few weeks to the referendum on separation.
