Rarieda member of parliament Otiende Amollo has been kicked out of the national assembly's justice and legal affairs committee and replaced by Ruaraka lawmaker Tom Kajwang. Otiende who was serving as vice-chairperson of the key committee is among mp's who have questioned the creation of 70 new constituencies in the BBI bill. ODM chairman and minority leader in the national assembly, John Mbadi, said the changes were made to align the committee with the aspirations of the ODM party.
