The country is expected to earn over 6 billion shillings from the world rally championship slated for June this year. With thousands of international and local tourists expected for the event, organizers are confident that the rally will be a success despite the covid 19 pandemic. Sports cabinet secretary ambassador Amina Mohammed says the government has injected over 600 million shillings into preparations for the event.
