The plight and concerns of teachers should be a priority
Teachers are important elements in economic development and in most cases, their interests are neglected. In spite of their toil and workload in schools, they need motivation to improve Kenya. Somebody need to voice their concerns and needs. Teachers are noble professor and respected persons and therefore deserve more salaries. Even 60% increment will not help to alleviate conditions of our P1 teachers and therefore more interventions would deem important. We can still do something to save teachers. Jaoko story has alot to depict the plight of teachers

The future of Kenya is at stake amid tribal segregation
Tribal segregation is one of the lead problems to the well being of Kenyans. It is manifested in places of work as well as various sectors of development in our country. The menace is still under trial albeit the government move to control the challenge. This can be achieved provided we can change our own behaviors and mental perceptions which fuel ethnicity . The only way is is redefining our ways of looking at things as well appraising the well being of others by treating them with dignity. This should begin from a single individual to entire nation.
