INVITATION FOR TENDER |
The Procuring
Entity invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the Supply, Delivery,
Installation and Commissioning of Office Furniture for the Proposed Multi
Storey Office Block.
Interested eligible
candidates may obtain further information from the Procurement Office on 4th
Floor, Protection House, Nairobi or email through [email protected]
or [email protected].

There shall be a
pre-bid meeting on Tuesday. 27th
April. 2021.11.00 am in the 11th Floor Boardroom, Protection House, along
Parliament Road, Nairobi.
Duly completed,
serialized and paginated tender documents all the pages of the bid document
submitted including any addenda, appendices and attachments (original and copy)
are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number,
name and as prescribed under the tender documents and be dropped in the Tender
Box at the Reception on 2nd Floor, Protection House, Nairobi or be addressed to:

so as to be
received on or before Monday, 10th May,
2021 at 11.00 a.m.
Tenders will be
opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates who choose to
attend or their appointed representatives, at Protection House, 2nd floor
boardroom, Nairobi.
Tenders must be
accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs. 8,000,000.00 valid for 210 days from the date of tender opening,
in form of a bank guarantee from reputable bank recognized by the Central Bank
of Kenya, payable to Procuring Entity
Prices quoted
should be inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, and must be in Kenya
Shillings and shall remain valid for 180
days from the closing date of the tender.
Bidders are
required to serialize all the pages of the bid document submitted including any
addendums, appendices and attachments.
