The National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF) is a Semi -Autonomous Agency under the Ministry of Public Service, Youth and Gender Affairs established through Legal Notice No.24 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012 and governed by the Public Finance Management Act, 2012 (National Government Affirmative Action Development Fund), Regulations 2016.

The Fund's mandate is to empower the vulnerable groups namely; the women, youth, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), children and the elderly at the County level in line with the aspirations of the vision 2030 and the Constitution.

Objective of the Service

The objective of this documentary is to increase awareness at national, county and community levels about the National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF); its mandate, programmes and management structures, funds access procedures and eligibility criteria, contact offices and achievement since its establishment.

The documentary will focus on NGAAF funded projects, programmes and beneficiaries in selected counties. The documentary will be aired in the main media channels in the country.

NGAAF now invites eligible and duly competent firms to submit bids for provision of the said services. Interested and eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at the office of the Supply Chain Management Services located at Telposta Towers 4th floor during normal office working hours.

A complete set of tender documents can be obtained from the Supply chain management service office upon registration with the office.

Shall be deposited in the Tender box located at Telposta Towers, 4th floor so as to be received on or before 11.00 hours on 18th May, 2018. Submissions will be opened immediately thereafter at the National Government Affirmative Action Fund meeting room. Late bids will not be accepted. Tenderers or their representatives who may wish to attend are invited.
