Corruption cartel transfers honest employee

An employee in one of the ministries reputed to be disciplined was recently transferred when he refused to sign a document to facilitate the transfer of money from the ministry’s accounts to one of his boss’ accounts.

This is quite ironical because the CS in charge of that ministry has been spending most of his time travelling countrywide disciplining civil servants working under his ministry.

In fact, after Michuki’s days in the transport and environment ministries, this CS has been termed as the most disciplined.
