Record holder David Rudisha: An officer and a gentleman

We are all used to seeing David Rudisha at the finish line and at the podium while receiving a medal, but away from all that, this world record-holder is a senior police officer, Chief Inspector (traffic) no less, and that should be a warning to errant motorists.
