Last Saturday, the driver of a City Shuttle bus (KBX 068S) angered residents after he blocked a road in Tassia Estate.

This is what a resident wrote to us.

“On April 9, the bus blocked the road in our estate. For more than 12 hours, we could not enter or leave the estate. We tried to contact the driver, but our efforts were futile. We had to seek for alternative routes. It was really inconveniencing.”

We contacted the company’s personal assistant, Chris Kamande who promised to look into the matter.

Bwana Kamande, we hope this is not cheap talk and action will be taken!
