Chris Ochieng sealed the win deep into stoppage time with a 93rd minute strike for a 2-0 win.
The victory saw K’Ogalo close the gap on leaders Posta Rangers to within one point.
Gor have 24 points, one behind Posta Rangers, who hammered Shabana 3-1 on Saturday.
After 12 matches, Gor and Posta lead the title charge followed by KCB who saw off Murang’a SEAL 2-1.
