Kenya Polo Association has announced a strong squad of four players to join the National Senior Men’s Team for the Zambian International Championships in Lusaka on July 19-21.

Leading the team in the explosive 15 goal international championships is handicap 5 Jammie Murray, handicap 4 Casmir Gross, handicap 3 Archie Voorspuy and handicap 3 George Makolo.

Kenya Polo Association chairman Gordon Millar said the team was determined to halt their losing streak away from home.

“We have selected a formidable side capable of reversing our losing streak away from home,” Millar told Standard Sports at Nairobi Polo Club at the weekend.

The selected players did not take part in the Lord Cranworth Cup/OMT Bowl Championships played at Nairobi Club, which was used to select the National Women’s Team for the Kenya International Championships to be hosted at Manyatta Polo Club in Gilgil from July 19-21.
