The main cup final ended in a 6-6 deadlock, forcing empires Mbu Ngugi and Richard Stonewigg to apply backline rule.

The rule stipulates that the first team to send the ball past the backline wins the match.

The winning team fielded Craig Millar (3.0), Joss Craig (0), Aisha Gross (0) and Sacha Craig (0).

The runners-up paraded John Mugambi (1.5), Tiva Gross (1.0), Geoff Morley (0) and Toby Fenwick (-1.0).
