Brazilian football fans at Olympic stadium poke fun at eternal rivals Argentina

Brazilian football fans at the Olympic stadium took the chance to poke fun at eternal rivals Argentina, evoking their age-old debate over who's the best player, Pele or Maradona.

A chant of "Pele scored more than 1,000 goals... Maradona just snorted cocaine," rang around the stadium as supporters entertained themselves during Portugal's 2-1 win over Honduras.

Three-time World Cup winner Pele had been the favourite to light the Olympic flame at Friday's opening ceremony before having to rule himself out to due health issues.
