Moyes wants to sign Man United for young striker

New Sunderland manager David Moyes is set to raid his former club for striker Will Keane, the Sun report.

It is claimed the 23-year-old will be allowed to leave by Jose Mourinho, who is happy with Wayne Rooney, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford as his striking options.

Keane scored the first goal of the Jose Mourinho era in United’s friendly win over Wigan last weekend and was subsequently selected to go on the club’s pre-season tour of China.

However, the striker, who has only ever made three competitive senior appearances for United, is set to be made available for around £6.5million.
