A Premier League ace has been accused of drugging and raping a model following a night out in London.

The French woman claims that the World Cup star and his friend, a non-league player, attacked her at an apartment in Westminster, according to the Daily Star Sunday.

It is reported that the woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, met the players at a Mayfair restaurant with her friends before they went back to the flat to get ready for the evening.

They headed into central London for a night out where she danced with the Premier League player after drinking a vodka and two glasses of champagne.

However, she then felt ill and was sick, and the group headed back to the apartment where she went to sleep on her own.

The woman alleges that she woke up to find the footballer on top of her having sex after removing her underwear.

Unable to fight him off, she says that she passed out and when she came round found that the non-league player was now in bed with her.

She told him what had happened - but he dismissed her claims and then carried out a sex act on her without her consent, she claims.

The woman reported the incident to police in Paris on her return to France after a station she visited in London was closed.

A friend said: “She knew that something wasn’t right because she can normally drink a lot more than that. She felt really sick and dizzy and was vomiting all the way back to the apartment.

“When she got there she spent half an hour in the bathroom and just about had the energy to get into bed. She had been flirting with the Premier League player in the club, but he witnessed the state she was in.

“It never crossed her mind he would do what he did."
