Champions League quarter-final first-leg clash between Juventus and Real Madrid on Tuesday night in Turin was one full of entertainment and excitement that caught the eyes of both fans as the Los Blancos secured a victory courtesy to goals from Cristiano Ronaldo and Marcelo.
However, there was one thing that caught the eyes of everyone in the stadium including Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane.
The French manager could not believe it when his superstar Ronaldo launched a stunning 64th minute overhead kick from a Dani Carvajal to double Real’s lead having scored the first goal in the 3rd minute of the game.
It was not only Zidane who was impressed with the goal, but Juve fans were left amazed and all they could do was to give a standing ovation to the Portugal skipper as they applauded him for an incredible strike even though their Champions League dream seems to have ended.
Real’s left back Marcelo later added a goal to their tally after he was set up by Ronaldo in the 71st minute of the game.
