Fifty golfers set to participate in the Monthly Mug tournament

Some 50 golfers are expected at the Par 70 Nyanza Golf Club today to play in the Monthly Mug tournament.

Sam Onyango will be the first off the tee, leading the pack of Maurice Oduor, and Pro David Odhiambo in the threesome that will tee off at 6:40hrs.

Kakamega, Kisii and Nandi Bears golfers will be among the players that will take part.

Elizabeth Akinyi Wambi, who has been performing greatly in the past five tournaments, has already sounded a warning that she will clinch the Madaraka Day Monthly Mug to crown her birthday.
