A newly married couple has gone viral after turning their wedding reception into an Arsenal victory celebration following the club’s Premier League triumph.

In a video posted on TikTok by @Mr Tandoh, the bride and groom are seen joyfully singing Arsenal songs shortly after the club was confirmed as champions of the 2025/26 Premier League season.

What began as a formal wedding reception quickly shifted into an energetic football celebration as guests joined in chanting and dancing to popular Arsenal anthems.

The Nigerian couple, both ardent Arsenal supporters, appeared visibly emotional as they sang “North London Forever” and other club chants, with guests cheering, waving napkins and recording the moment on their phones.

The atmosphere transformed from a traditional celebration into what resembled a football victory party, as the club’s long-awaited league title was confirmed after Manchester City drew 1-1 with AFC Bournemouth, leaving Arsenal uncatchable at the top of the table with one match remaining.

The victory ended a 22-year wait for the Premier League title, prompting celebrations among supporters worldwide.

The viral clip has since attracted widespread reaction online, particularly from Arsenal fans who flooded the comments section with congratulatory messages. Many described the reception as the “perfect Arsenal wedding”, while others joked that the couple had picked the ideal year to get married.

One user, Ogudu Simisoluwa, wrote: “Even if they forget their wedding anniversary, they will always remember the month Arsenal won the Premier League. Up Gunners.”

Another user, Omunje, called on Arsenal to invite the couple to the club’s first Premier League match of the next season.

For many fans, the video captured both a personal milestone and the collective joy of witnessing Arsenal finally crowned champions again after years of anticipation.
