IEBC rejects Justus Juma presidential papers

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has rejected the papers of presidential aspirant Justus Juma on grounds that his degree certificates were not certified.

IEBC also said the certificates of Juma’s running mate Mary Wambui were not certified.

The electoral agency also revealed that the proposers of the Justice and Freedom Party presidential aspirant were members of Jubilee Party.

Alliance for Real Change presidential candidate Abduba Dida Sunday had a hitch while presenting his papers as some of his documents were not certified. He however managed to get the certification and secured his clearance for the presidential race.

The clearance of aspirants for presidency is scheduled to end today May 29 with six hopefuls lined up.
