Police in Migori are looking for relatives of two men whose bodies were found dumped in different spots. One was retrieved on Monday after residents spotted it floating on River Migori.
“Police and members of the public pulled the body, which was that of a man aged about 35 years, from the water," said local Police Commander Joseph Nthenge.
The police report indicated that the body did not have injuries. However, Victor Owino, a witness, said it had deep wounds on the neck.
Elsewhere in Kuria East, a driver of a grader is said to have crushed an unidentified man believed to have been drunk and lying on the roadside.
