Demonstrators protesting extrajudicial killings splash Police Spokesman Charles Owino with ‘blood’

During demonstrations, provoking police officers normally leads to confrontations that at times turn bloody. The anti-electoral commission protests can be a good reference. But if Monday's demonstration against extrajudicial killings was anything to go by, then things may be changing.
Police Spokesman Charles Owino was sprinkled with fake blood by demonstrators and instead of this evoking anger and sparking a confrontation, Mr Owino simply laughed it off.
