News Desk: CJ David Maraga challenges the DPP and Police for avoiding to tackle corruption

Chief Justice David Maraga has directed that all applications challenging corruption charges levelled against individuals will be heard only at the anti-corruption and economics crime court based in Nairobi. The chief justice who uncharacteristically talked tough on the issue of graft has promised that it will no longer be business as usually when it comes to convicting individuals accused of crimes relating to corruption, telling off the director of public prosecution and the police to stop shifting blame when it comes to tackling the vice.
