Deputy President without duties: Dp Ruto no longer sees off President Uhuru

The jubilee administration has seemed to frustrate and isolate its second in command, deputy president William Ruto, in a government that he heavily campaigned for. With President Uhuru Kenyatta having long ceased delegating any national duties to his principal assistant, KTN news understands that the once dynamic duo now hardly speaks.
