President Uhuru Kenyatta shifts focus to his development Agenda

For a second-term president with only three years to go, president Uhuru Kenyatta has shifted focus back to his development agenda if his last address is anything to go by. During the address to the nation, the president sought to reorganize the cabinet with a keen eye on key ministries. This, however, comes amidst heavy politicking and divisions within his government threatening to spell doom on his legacy cause. Will the president be able to salvage his performance track record?
