Nairobi county county government defy court orders, charge motorists sh.400 a day for parking fees

Days after high court judge James Makau issued a court order suspending the new parking fees proposed by the Nairobi city county government, and motorists are still 
Paying 400 shillings per day to park their cars in the central business district. The county government says they delayed in staying the parking fee hike because they were served late. And now the consumer federation of Kenya, COFEK, has threatened to sue the county government for defying the court order.
