President Uhuru Kenyatta has committed to increase resources in the agricultural sector in a bid to boost food security in the country.

The president affirmed his administration's commitment towards addressing the cost of maize flour with Nairobi county governor Mike Sonko maintaining that businesses that were selling maize flour above the price of 75 shillings will have their licenses suspended.
