CJ Maraga caution investigative agencies against doing a shoddy job

Chief justice David Maraga has cautioned investigative agencies against doing a shoddy job with corruption cases to be able sustain convictions in court.  Maraga also cautioned judicial staff to keep off corruption to safeguard public confidence in the legal system. He was speaking during the swearing-in ceremony of new court of appeal president justice William Oko. Ouko takes over from Justice Kihara Kariuki who was recently appointed as Attorney General. Speakers of the two houses of parliament also attended the ceremony.
