BREAKING NEWS: Starehe MP Charles Njagua speaks over his fight with Babu Owino

Starehe MP Charles Njagua aka Jaguar apologizes to Kenyans over his fight with Babu Owino, but adds that the Embakasi East MP has bipolar condition and needs urgent help. He apologized to Babu but warned that he will 'square-out' with controversial MP anytime if he doesn't stop insulting President Kenyatta.

Jaguar who was elected on Jubilee ticket got irritated after Babu Owino referred to President Uhuru Kenyatta as the ‘caretaker president’.“We have no president in Kenya, Uhuru is a caretaker president,” said Babu Owino.
Embakasi Central MP Benjamin Mwangi also joined Jaguar in asking Babu to respect President Uhuru. The two MPs were separated by the staff who were present.
