The Jubilee party primaries will now be staggered over a period of two days and not a single day as earlier planned. The national election board chairman, Andrew Musangi, says the move was largely caused by the increase in number, the counties the party is scheduled to hold primaries. A total of 22 counties shall hold primaries on Friday 21st as planned while the remaining 23 will hold their nominations on April 25.
