The latest bombshell from the director of public prosecutions in Kenya Keriako Tobiko, who has declined a proposal to charge the auditor general over corruption allegations. Hours after revealing that he was under intense pressure to prosecute Edward Ouko, the DPP Tobiko released a file of recommendations in which he said there was no evidence to sustain such charges.
