The public procurement administrative review board is tomorrow expected to decide the fate of the 2.5 billion shilling ballot paper printing tender. The tender was awarded to a Dubai printing firm by the independent electoral and boundaries commission. The state agency was forced to intervene and review the tendering procedure after Paarl media of South Africa raised queries over possible irregularities in tendering and lodged an appeal.
