CORD leader Raila Odinga is demanding the immediate termination of the 6.8 billion shilling northern water collector tunnel project.  Raila claims the project will turn Muranga, Garissa, Ukambani and Tana River Delta regions into deserts within five years. But in a quick rejoinder the Jubilee administration dismissed his statement.
