Just three days after the high court halted the BBI process a section of leaders and legal minds seem divided on the next step forward concerning the constitutional amendment process. Some BBI proponents are banking on a court appeal but opponents say it will be a tall order convincing the court of appeal to quash the high court's decision. However, does parliament stand a chance in jump-starting the process that almost all county assemblies seemingly passed unanimously?
