Relief for Meru residents as KWS opens automatic one way gate to tame rogue jumbos

24th November, 2020

Communities bordering the vast Imenti forest in Meru county have known no peace for decades due to rogue jumbos. The jumbos have been destroying crops, injuring people and at times causing deaths. As Allan Ochanda reports, locals say this is already saving them the agony as the jumbos have finally been tamed.
