Entrepreneurs under the Keroche Foundation today were hosted by standard group CEO Sam Shollei at the firm’s headquarters in a courtesy visit to learn the rigours of managing a multi-billion shilling company. The mentees drawn from small and medium sized businesses have been undergoing a rigorous training on leadership which is part of the Keroche foundation drive to mentor young entrepreneurs. speaking after meeting the young business professionals, Standard Group’s CEO Sam Shollei expressed the need for more mentorship programmes to be run by corporates in a bid to ensure more businesses can get firsthand knowledge in running successful companies.
