KTN Prime 13th September 2016: Kenyan singer Bahati apologises to the president sitting on his chair

13th September, 2016

Kenyan 22-year-old gospel singer Kevin Bahati has apologized for the Saturday episode at Kasarani saying it was not planned and happened in the heat of the moment. Bahati pulled president Uhuru Kenyatta from his seat, took him to the stage to dance,  left him on stage and went to sit on the presidential seat as he continued singing during the launch of the Jubilee Party. The singer says he was initially worried following reactions to his conduct but says he can now rest easy after a call from state house yesterday assuring him that the president and the first lady have no quarrel with him.
