Kenya and Nigeria to work hand in hand to fight terrorism

Kenya and Nigeria will work closely both at multilateral and bilateral fronts to fight terrorism. President Uhuru Kenyatta and his visiting Nigeria counterpart Muhammadu Buhari agreed that new and versatile strategies must be developed to tackle radicalization and violent extremism which they said are taking root in Africa. Separately the supreme council of Kenyan Muslims – supkem – says its efforts against youth radicalization have begun to bear fruit.
