We begin in Kisumu tonight and Siaya governor Cornel Rasanga has become the first county boss to lose his seat in an election petition. High court judge Aggrey Muchelule nullified Rasanga's election saying the polls were not free and fair. And as ktn's western Kenya reporter Fred Omullo now explains, residents of that county will now go back to the ballot to pick a new governor.
