Women Reps express dissatisfaction over treatment of the Two Thirds Gender Bill

Two Women Representatives of the Jubilee Party have expressed dissatisfaction over the National Assembly’s decision to shoot down the Two Thirds Gender Bill. Speaking at a Narok hotel during a launch of a three year stakeholders program dubbed ‘wajibika’ under the Center For Rights Education And Awareness (CREAW), women representatives Soipan Tuya (Narok) and Wangui Ngiciri (Kirinyaga) vowed they will not participate in the upcoming referendum until the gender bill passes
