Kenyan business lady in Malindi is up in arms against police harassment at her tourism establishment

A Kenyan business lady in Malindi is up in arms against police harassment at her tourism establishment after a Nigerian tourist allegedly refused to give his identity. The Nigerian tourist reportedly also came with a lady without paying for her in his room which is against the rules but police threatened to arrest her when she went to complain. Janet Nderitu the director of Lechateau hotel said the Nigerian man called Raph  Bari booked into his hotel through the booking dot com website and arrived on Monday morning by bus. Speaking to journalists at the castle she said Bari upon checking in said he was South African but after questioning him of his assent confirmed that he mother was Nigerian and mother a South African.trouble started after he allegedly paid a deposit of sh.2 500 through mpesa and promised to pay the rest.
