News Desk: Appeal Judge Roselyne Nambuye faces the JSC in search for Deputy CJ, 4/10/16

Court of appeal judge Roselyn Nambuye returned to face the JSC this morning for the position of deputy chief justice. Nambuye who was first interviewed last month for the position of chief justice told the judicial service commission that she had challenges delivering judgments in good time. Justice Nambuye was removed from the judiciary in 2003 over allegations of corruption and inefficiency but was reinstated on appeal. Lawyer Surrender Kapila has withdrawn her application.
