United Nations Security Council set to meet to discuss the political crisis in Burundi

The crisis in Burundi has once against raised the fears of genocide in the tiny Nation. The United Nations Security Council is set to meet to discuss the political crisis there. the meeting which was called by France follows months of turmoil sparked off by the election of president Pierre Nkurunzinza for a controversial third term. The meeting will come a day after the expiry of an ultimatum by the president that has raised international alarm. Rita Tinina has more.
