To the Hague now and the start of a case against Lawyer Paul Gicheru who surrendered to the ICC last week, could define kenya’s relation with the ICC. The ICC has previously accused Kenyan of non?co?operation.  In 2016 President Uhuru Kenyatta had vowed that no other Kenyan would be tried at the ICC with the then Attorney General Githu Muigai saying crimes against 3 Kenyans wanted by the ICC fall within the country’s justice jurisdiction.
