a) Duties and responsibilities i) Processing human resource management matters including appointments, promotions, disciplinary handling, staff welfare and leave applications within existing rules ii) Collecting and collating data for assessing training needs, iii) Verification of payroll by products, iv) Supervision of support and other assigned staff, v) Compiling of staff performance appraisal reports vi) Custodian of the staff personnel files. vii) Any other duty that may be assigned by the supervisor.
b) Requirements for appointment (i) A diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Relations or any other relevant and equivalent qualification from a recognized institution in Kenya; (ii) Minimum three(3)years in a human resource management in a busy organization (iii) Certificate in computer application skills from a recognized institution. (iv)Member of Institute of Human Resource Management
