Dragonfly is looking for an Integrated Media Manager to help us in targeting specific customer segments. Our ideal candidate has experience in both digital and traditional media including strategy and development, media planning and management, execution, optimization and reporting. This candidate should have a strong background in executing media campaigns which drive measurable results, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple campaigns at a time.
Develop media strategies for marketing plans and forecasts including KPI metrics such as reach, spend, ROAS, awareness and acquisition.
Monitor media buys in progress, arrange for make-goods and credits, and be responsible for the post-buy results on all platforms.
Research and develop consumer and competitive insights.
Maintain knowledge of new and emerging media and technologies to continually enhance campaign execution.
Lead customer acquisition and media planning for our clients’ media channels.
Design media test plans, track performance, and evaluate results by making recommendations for developing new strategies or modifying existing ones.
Assist in the development of annual and quarterly planning presentations.
2+ years of Media Planning experience preferably in an agency setup.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or related field.
Experience with holistic integrated strategy approaches and measuring campaigns against KPIs.
Experience in cross channel integrated media strategy and communications planning.
Experience developing traditional and digital buying strategies with a focus on Radio, OOH, TV, Search, Programmatic and social.
Ability to build relationships and manage performance of key partners.
Proven ability to oversee multiple, high profile projects end-to-end and on time in a highly dynamic, collaborative and matrixed environment.
