You are our candidate if:
you have at least half-year experience in IT recruitment;
you like work with people and know how recognize their motivation and soft skills;
you can draw the interest of the interlocutor from the first minutes of your speech;
you know how to find specialists using not only job-portals;
you strive to the constant development of your professional skills;
your English level is from B2;
you are a hardworking, enterprising and positive person.
Your responsibilities will include:
a full cycle of recruitment: from meeting with hiring manager to sending Job Offer to the candidate);
writing the vacancy descriptions and work with job-sites and other sources for searching candidates;
leading all the interviews by call, Skype, e-mail, text in messengers screening online;
taking part in IT-events to attract the candidates.
