Design and Develop industry and customer specific solutions in Microsoft Dynamics Navision/Dynamics 365 BC.
Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support.
Do Dynamics Navision/ Business central Installation, integration, upgrade, support and documentation.
Provide 1st level client support and work hand in hand with functional consultants to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Continuously communicate with Clients to ensure in-time resolution of issues raised. · Assist in business development by recommending new improvements, changes and other recommendations where necessary.
Provide mentorship to team members
A good Knowledge in C/AL and AL programming languages is a must.
Experience in working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics NAV and Business Central
Experience with Role Tailored Client and Web Client in Dynamics NAV 2013 to 2018 and Business Central.
Ability to train users on new processes and Dynamics NAV/Business Central functionalities.
Basic Functional knowledge of core business processes and key modules such as Finance, Supply Chain and Procurement, Payment Processes, Manufacturing etc.
Knowledge in C# AND .Net Programming languages will be an added advantage.
Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without detailed supervision.
A good understanding of software implementation methodologies e.g. Agile methodology, Devops.
Have Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple demands.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative atmosphere.
Have a good client relation skills and effective communication - training, presentation and documentation.
Being a holder of any of the Microsoft Certifications will be a plus
