Job Description

The job holder will be exposed on Quality management Systems, Good Manufacturing Practice, winery Practices, Food safety requirements and safety.

Specification

  • Quality management systems, good manufacturing practice, winery hygiene pracrtice and personnel hygiene
  • Asset care through preventive maintenancce, on ocnfition monitoring and reporting
  • Efficiency monitoring and improvement initiative by active participation in MDWT activities and problem solving
  • OHS improvement initiatives such as hazrd spotting and reporting, accident investigation and other projects to improve safety at work
  • food safety requirements- PRPs, OPRPs, CCPs
  • General documentation required.

    Degree or Diploma in Food Science & Technology/ Industrial Chemistry/Microbiology/ Related field
